Depends on burtonageo/cargo-bundle#115.

Once this feature is resolved, move to using cargo bundle instead of the separate Cargo packages as to speed up the process of packaging per platform. Additionally, it supports generation of MacOS packages.

Potentially look into how cargo generate-rpm generates RPM's and move to implement the same functionality into cargo-bundle in a PR.
