element definitions browser - published value column doesn't show values for subscription for multiple situations - for all parameter types #1342

Description

for array parameter type subscription:

published value column in the element definitions browser is empty, doesn't show any values

Steps to Reproduce

set up element definition with array parameter type for domain X, and provide values for it
publish array parameter values
as domain Y set subscription on array parameter and check published value; not given in column

update on this issue: more general, in any case same issue for published values not showing up for subscriptions:
[] for option dependent parameters
