[UX][Enhancement][Form]: divide label-input part into 3 column split (4:7:1 by default)

Feature Request Description

Currently the label/input parts of Form Item are taking the whole space 4:8 by default (the ratio is configurable - like 1:11, 2:10, 3:9 and so on).

The SAP Design would like to get an extra third column, playing as "empty space" in a 4:7:1 split when the Form has a single group. In all other cases 4:8 split is required.
