Is it possible to publish UI5 Inspector in the Microsoft Add-On Store?

(In my company, both Chrome and addons in Edge from the Chrome Web Store are prohibited. "Load unpacked extension..." is also blocked. The only source allowed is therefore the Microsoft Add-On Store).
