Recent list not remembering last opened apps

My recent list isn't behaving as expected, at the moment my last played game (Midnight Club II), and last opened app (XBMC) never appear on the "Recent" list. Is this known issue?

v1.4 Xbox w/Project Stellar, 128MB RAM, stock CPU, 4TB SSD with games/apps spread across F and G drives.

Thanks. I think I may have recently encountered this.

Can you try increasing the max number of recent items shown or clearing recent items? There should be an option somewhere.

It's still a bug but the issue I had was that I had reached the max recent items and it wasn't dropping the old ones

Looks like it's to do with the 2025 year switchover 🙃
