probe_sysroot won't be necessary anymore starting rustc 1.67

rust-lang/rust#103660 made rustc discover the sysroot automatically even when using external tools.

That's good to hear. Currently klint targets rustc 1.66 so I'll have to wait a bit longer to get rid of that part.
