Search templates in Search Profile are not nice and name is cut off

When you activate the TicketSearchProfile in your Toolbar, it doesn't look nice and it cuts of the names of your search templates (depending on the zoom level on different places of the name). Also if you click into the field, it sets the cursor not to the most left of the field, but somewhere in the middle.
