We renamed the file Kernel/Config/Files/XML/OTOBODynamicFields.xml to Kernel/Config/Files/XML/DynamicFields.xml, now exits both with different contents in some docker environments.

I recreate the file Kernel/Config/Files/XML/OTOBODynamicFields.xml for the moment with actual content, in the next step we need to search for a solution in docker systems, where we delete the hole otobo directory and recreate the new content.

Otherwise we need a workaround and need to delete all obsolete files in the upgrade scripts.
