I think it would be great addon if the app, when operating in "allowlist mode" had a switch to force installation if the app is not detected, and have that option configurable in the Allowlist setting - for instance when we allowlist 7zip updates, we give the package name - 7zip.7zip;1 to enable autoinstall, or 7zip.7zip;0 (or default) to disable autoinstall (current behaviour)

Additional information
My usecase is that I want to make sure select safe apps are always updated, and ideally I want to make sure they are also installed on the box I'm managing - 7zip being one instance of such app. There are number of others, but this solution would give me a nice cut in to install apps. Currently I'm wrapping some home baked winget script to do this thing, but your solution seem much more mature and better suited as overall "Winget Manager"
