Don't try to update apps if Windows Update ha a Pending Reboot...

Trying to update apps many times fail if there's a pending reboot (from Windows Update).
Checking for it before updating should do the trick (from https://thesysadminchannel.com/remotely-check-pending-reboot-status-powershell/) - here locally and error free:
