DOC: stop cloning the whole repository just for examples

Some of our documented examples use files available at our repository.
However, we only use some very specific files after downloading the whole repository.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Instead of cloning the repository, download the text files directly, we can use raw.githubusercontent.com links instead.
• For example, this link points you to a text file: "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/RocketPy-Team/euroc23-team-data/main/01_astg/main_all.csv"
• This should speedup the simulation when trying to run the basic rocketpy example (e.g. getting started notebook)

Additional context

Obs.: I'm not sure if the problem also happens in other parts of the code, needs to check it.
