The new webrtc stack supports all styles of audio, video, and screensharing calls.

Upcoming chat-ops integration will include real-time streaming logs, graphs and other visual elements.

The streaming data can be carried and 'switched' by via webrtc data channels.

This will allow us exchanging secret keys via webrtc without the interference of server: #268
