Can't change the email of a user as admin

Your Rocket.Chat version: 0.22.0

I have admin rights and in the user list, if I modify the email of a user & click on "save", I have a message telling me it went ok, but the email has not been changed in the list. (I allow the right to modify email or username).

Moreover, I think the admin should have the right to modify the username or email of a user even if the option "allow the right to modify email / username" has been set to false... no?
