[BUG] Open Settings via Windows-->Settings closes the application window #23885

When you want to open the settings by clicking on window-->setting the application window gets closed.
Shortcut Strg + I works fine, also the Icon on the lower left works.

If I'm not mistaken this is an issue with the Electron Client right? Maybe file it here
