Gitsy needs to be more documented.. we're trying to configure without success due to the lack of documentation. The only thing that seems to work is the Returning to the issue itself, does gitsy a channel specified? How can one configure gitsy to listen on all groups and send the messages to the group that corresponds to? |
@elboletaire you are better than me. i have tried for two days, however, nothing works including i do need more documentation |
Finally got it working, but wasn't what we were expecting. What we really wanted was the gitlab integration (for issues, builds, etc) and we did it very easily with the built-in gitlab "slack" service. Remember that rocket.chat is compatible with all slack services. Searching information for slack should help you (at least more than just using the rocket.chat documentation). |
@elboletaire it makes sense, thank you. I works well after i setup at slack service in gitlab service instead of web hooks |
This might be something to add to the documentation. Also it's not easy to find the channel id and it would be good to display it in the Administration > Rooms page.
