Do I use this to connect to Rocket through a Matrix client or is this for connecting to a Matrix server through Rocket?

The idea that we are currently developing, is to connect Matrix server from a RC server.Tsmatrixserverlib is under development, which is actually a library to substitute Hubot-freddie bridge and carry out federation. Please look into : tsmatrixserverlib. This is under development
