Checksum for Linux downloads

I want to check the sha checksum for a downloaded file to verify it downloaded correctly.

Add checksum for linux downloads in the form of a latest-linux.yml.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Include checksums for linux-downloads in latest.yml (or latest-mac.yml).

Short version
It would be great to have a latest-linux.yml for verifying the linux downloads. If I've missed something and those checksum can already be found elsewhere please point it out to me. I've searched, but was not able to find them.
