Describe the bug
Check for updates that don't work

What operating system and which version? Windows 10
Which version of Rocket.Chat (Server)? open
Which version of Rocket.Chat.Electron (Electron/Desktop)? 3.8.1
Is there any setting relevant changed? No

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to About
  2. Click on Check for updates
  3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Should check for updates.
