Add commandline argument for starting a certain recipe

I'm lazy and I'd like to build batch files to start my roaster with a certain recipe.

What OS - I'm assuming Windows? Maybe a -r option with the recipe pathname? I'll keep it on the list here. Focus currently on ensuring a stable, usable Openroast 1.2 build for Win, Mac and Linux.
