Related to PR: #5820

Currently, there are two stats in the multicellular editor that don't entirely make sense the way they are calculated (both because of colonies not having common ATP storage):

The ATP balance bars could be moved to the cell type buttons on the left panel. Maybe in a simplified form, only showing the overall consumption and production.

For the process list, it could include a dropdown of cell types, and only show the processes of the selected type.
