The 3D-Plot (with MayaVi) was implemented, but deleted again. The reasons were:

MayaVi was not available for Python 3 until recently.
It caused an error that slowed down the whole loading process of the program.

Maybe I will implement the 3D-Plot again, and will use MayaVi again, but I´m not sure, yet.

The 3D-Plot works again. However it is a seperate window, yet. It should be able to be embedded within the main-window.
