In a private survival world I have many dimensions added due to some mods and Rats tend to spawn everywhere due to the low light level. Such dimensions to name are the Twilight Forest, Aether, Erebus, etc.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add in a dimension whitelist/blacklist where Rats & Pipers... maybe other mobs from the mod will only spawn if they're allowed to. For example...

If Whitelist... I can add 0 and Rats & Mobs will only spawn in the overworld.

If Blacklist... I can add 7 (Twilight Forest) & 4 (Aether) to the list and Rats & Mobs won't spawn in those dimensions.
