[Feature Request] "Polished Stone" tweaks

Some ideas for tweaking that feature:

• If ON, rename the block to "Smooth Stone" to match the post-1.13 vanilla name;
• If other mod that add the same block (like Future MC, and maybe Charm) is loaded and the feature enabled on, don't add the Polished Stone block itself, but tweak any recipes that depend of that to use the other mod's block instead like the Slabs to Full Blocks feature;
• Make it only obtainable via combining two slabs in a crafting table (so making the recipe independent of "Slabs to Full Blocks" option), removing the non-sense smelting recipe, if exists (i'm not sure).
