Feature description

Idea for a universal patch: the patch edits AndroidManifest.xml and under the application tag inserts android:testOnly="true". Test apps allow the usage of package manager without root (blocking trackers without root, but through ADB)

Motivation

This allows non-root users to block trackers, enhancing their privacy and control over data
