Esp32 Flassing issue

Hi,

I would like to flash my esp32 with HAA but always I had errors for all esp32 haa bin files. My module is that:

When I flash it with s2: It gives that output:

When I triy to flash esp32 or esp32_1, I got that error:

The other ones are not able to load to chip. I tried to flash my board with Arduino ide, I mean, did led blink and serial com communications. So it works. What is the problem with haa?
