Need utilities for copying and moving AppleDouble files

It's currently cumbersome to move AppleDouble files. I'd propose a couple of simple tools called "cpad" and "mvad" to make it easier.

It would also be good to be able to extract a Shrinkit image, or move an exploded Shrinkit Image with extended filenames, to an AppleDouble folder. Not sure if these should be part of these utilities, or part of cppo.

Possibly worth exploring the included netatalk utillity "ad", though I have some memory that I used it once before and it didn't work, possibly because it only supported AppleDouble v1.
