Thank you for the nice words and for raising the issue.

As we are still improving the quality of our instruction data, we have not planned to publicly release the instruction data now. In fact, we would like to fully release a much better chat-based LLM with all the instruction data, after we pre-train our backbone and carefully improve the instruction quality. A possible date is about in Sep. 2023, and may be more early than it.
