A couple tweaks to make to the trophy menus

I don't know if this was ever brought up before, but I feel like there's a couple tweaks that need to be made to the trophy menus.
For locked trophies, there should be something with the trophy's icon denoting that it's locked, like the icon being in black and white or just a lock icon in front of it; as for the Time Unlocked for trophies that haven't been earned yet, something like "N/A" instead of "Unknown" would fit better.

As for the trophy types, like bronze, silver, gold and platinum, icons of those trophy types would probably illustrate it better.
