From 0d04adfbb13563ade11bfbd9b41f7e75f56269ed Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: gulsumgudukbay Date: Fri, 28 Aug 2026 16:08:33 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] [ROCm] Bump XLA module pin to pick up the amd_smi migration rocm-jaxlib-v0.11.1 builds with bzlmod, so the live XLA pin is the archive_override in MODULE.bazel rather than third_party/xla/revision.bzl.
