SPI loader successfully writes flash, but fails on verify phase. spi_loader needs to be fixed to account for dummy cycles on read

Out of interest, does this occur at random or is there a reliable way to reproduce this issue? I've been using the spi_loader program quite a bit without any issues,

It appears that the code does indeed account for dummy cycles on read. Not sure what i was thinking.
