location of execution of rmarkdown #30

Hi,
I have upgraded R to a new version.

Since that, rendering Rmarkdown documents from the R-IDE opens a new R terminal.
Before that, rendering Rmarkdown documents from the R-IDE were rendered in the R terminal that was already open from Terminus.

Which behavior is the standard behavior? Is this desired?
