Audio recordings list page does not check that the project exists

Describe the bug

It is possible to change the url parameter of the audio recording list page to use a project that does not exist

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Navigate to a project that project that doesn't exit

Examples

• https://staging.ecosounds.org/projects/9999999999999/audio_recordings
• https://staging.ecosounds.org/projects/this is a project id 😀/audio_recordings (I'm able to use strings and even emojis as the project id!)

Expected behavior

Replicate the behavior of other sub-pages and display an error

e.g. https://staging.ecosounds.org/projects/9999999999999999/audio_recordings/download
