Error Net::OpenTimeout: execution expired from send_worker_error_email in https://github.com/QutBioacoustics/baw-workers/blob/master/lib/baw-workers/mail/mailer.rb#L15

This can also manifest as

Net::SMTPServerBusy: 421 4.3.2 Connection rate limit exceeded.
