Add the following changes to the integration services

  • Fix Travis CI failing to download AP
  • Update Azure Pipelines with authenticated downloads of AP
  • Potentially drop Travis CI and replace with Azure Pipelines Linux
  • Upload release files to Github Releases
  • Add unit tests to automated builds
  • Update linux builds to encompase the following versions:
    • Ubuntu 16
    • Ubuntu 18

Some issues relate to #11

@atruskie I'm still hazy on how to get the last two steps of this done. Uploading release files to Github also affects workbench-client so can we organize a time to implement a solution?
