Import HTML bookmarks

Hello,

what would you think of adding an additional import capability for HTML bookmarks? Since most browsers support "export to html" this might help users of e.g. safari or chromium to switch to qupzilla. In addition this might be a suitable fallback, when problems with importing of the native browsers format occur.

that's a good idea. I will definitely add it to TODO list, and probably implement in next release (1.1.0).
