Inventory items shuffle around

if u click drag an item in same backpack slot or container items keep shuffling around vrs retaining the order of items
i bring this up cuz when moving items to storage container while keep order, it gets annoying when items keep shuffling around
aka bullets to building mats etc

at very start of video, u can see a player moving items without items shuffling around
