Updated the first half of the translation; noticed a potential typo from the original version.

I've updated the translation and code in mle.md. I noticed a potential typo in the original version (net "wealth" instead of "worth"). Another problem is, I cannot find a Chinese wiki of Survey of Consumer Finances, so I kept the original.
Please review the file when you are available, and I look forward to your feedback.
