Pre-decoder cluster -- can we modify hash construction to get ML decoding? Perhaps, for small-weight errors only.
BP: as a post-processing option. MC evolution using multi-state Bennett acceptance ratio. Use "small" and "large" moves from code words hash
RIS: make it an option for decoding (accumulate partition function and distinct small-weight code words in hash), plus possibly a post-processing MC.
