DNS lists except kmpoppe are down.

What happened?

The primary server (104.238.130.180) is down and does not work. I have tried connecting to it from my pc and it results in "Unable to connect to world." Only kmpoppe uk instance works

Expected Behaviour?

I would connect to the list.
