VS Code 1.2.0 will expose a new api, vscode.diff, which causes its file diff view to be displayed based on the contents of two documents represented by their URIs. This might be helpful for an editor command so it'd be nice to expose it.

Would also be nice to see if there are comparable APIs in other editors so that we can make this a general feature of the $psEditor API.
