Summary of the new feature / enhancement
When Export-MarkdownCommandHelp outputs the Yaml metadata for a parameter, it includes the ParameterValue: key. This value is use for MAML and nothing else.
Proposed technical implementation details (optional)
Remove this unneeded value from the parameter metadata when exporting markdown.
