A couple of my participants in the lab ran into this same error when trying to save a record on the loan table.

Error
A Failure occured in Web API in Dynamics 365.

Details:
Exception Message: Resource not found for the segment 'null'.

ErrorCode: -2147088246
HexErrorCode: 0x8006088a

Activity Id: f3c701d4-b8b3-4ac8-9ea7-907ab9990e31

If I remove the 2 condition, this error does not occur.
