Consolidate navbar on move to top right

Acceptance Criteria

• take out sign in with qr code
• take out fork and view history
• put view source core and notifications in dropdown
• take out pretend
• on mobile just show icon with no name with drop down (drop goes down instead of up)
• make sure can click behind navbar
• every version of notification, and source code should show to a forked version with potlock navbar (need to deploy on bos app) <- keep same naming convention or put in utils folders

On BOS app

• shift navbar to right exactly to make room
