Summary

Add defi and near catalog-esque type categories

Motivation

we should add defi and near catalog-esque type categories since we are pioviting away from public goods and make it so being a public good is not required.

Any project category

Additional Information

and even individual, I am an indivdual vs project, and just fill out near social inforamtion, or import.
