Tested in vmware 16.2 and virtualbox 7.0 using xubuntu 22.04.3 and a CSR8510 USB bluetooth adapter
Nothing happens on the register screen and when testing in splatoon the "Reading amiibo screen" would show for a second and disappear in a loop

In case it's important my system version is 17.0.0
