Navigating to https://www.webcomponents.org/element/@polymer/paper-button results in a minimal page being shown for @polymer/paper-button version 0.0.4

webcomponents.org defaults to showing non-prerelease versions, so for "@polymer/paper-button" it's still the old experimental 0.0.4 version. The latest version you get with npm i @polymer/paper-button would be 3.0.0-pre.25 which can be selected with the dropdown menu. This issue should fix itself when we release the final 3.0.0 version soon.
