There are several test pages for core and paper elements at polymer-project.org that make use of WCT, but browser.js is not found.

We skip these files for upload because they're not needed by the site:

I see. Then, I guess these test using WCT should also be skipped. If so, I can make the PR. :)

How did you navigate to that link? The tests aren't meant to be run on the site...although we could do that. Haven't chatted with the team about it.

I found a test page in a repository and tried to test it writing the URL on my own.
