Wrong import path on Designer Preview when importing polymer.html #670

The Preview feature of Designer app is not proper importing the main polymer.html component.

It is duplicatting the directory "component"

instead of:
http://www.polymer-project.org/tools/designer/components/components/polymer/polymer.html

should be
http://www.polymer-project.org/tools/designer/components/polymer/polymer.html
