Future Support for Installing Polymer through Chocolatey package manager #657

It's currently recommended to install Polymer through Bower, how about support for installing through other package manager like Chocolatey NuGet package manager?

Isn't Chocolatey windows only? One nice thing about Bower is that it, and Node, are cross platform.

Thanks for the suggestion, but we need an x-platform solution, ideally tailored to web development.
