stopPropagation() does not work for polymer events #530

I just noticed that stopPropagation() does not work for polymer events. At least not in my case here It works in Firefox and an old build of Chomium so it might be a Chrome issue.

If you make a test case, we can look into it.

It turned out it was something on my end. Sorry about that. Ill try to make a test case next time before wasting anyone's time :) I'm not sure why it worked on old Chromium and Firefox when it shouldn't have.
